Write to a person.

Email [email protected] about anything: an alert that did not arrive, a plan, a bug, or a question this site does not answer. There is no ticket system and no chat widget, and a reply comes from somebody who can read the code.

What to put in the first email

The address on your account, and roughly when the thing happened. If it is about a message that did not arrive, the message id from the dashboard is the fastest possible answer: every send carries a receipt per device saying delivered, pending, or failed with the reason Apple gave.

Do not send tokens or user keys. They are credentials, they are never needed to look something up, and an address and a timestamp are enough.

Where to go for each thing

Most of what people write in about has an answer somewhere with fewer steps.

  • How the API works. The documentation covers sending, priorities, errors and every connector.
  • Plans, invoices and cancelling. Pricing, then Settings on the dashboard, which opens Stripe's own billing portal for receipts and cards.
  • A copy of your data, or deleting it. Both are self-service under Account on the dashboard and in the app. For anything else about personal data, write to [email protected], and see the privacy policy.
  • A credential that has leaked. Revoke it yourself from the dashboard, which takes effect immediately, and tell [email protected] so the traffic can be checked.
  • A security problem in the service. Write to [email protected] with enough to reproduce it. Nothing is published before it is fixed.

Asked most often

How do you delete an Acciti account?
In the app, open Account and choose Close account. On the web, it is under Settings. It asks for your address as confirmation, and erases the account, its devices, its keys and the messages it received.
How do you change or cancel a plan?
Plans are bought, changed and cancelled on acciti.com under Settings, in a browser. There is no in-app purchase. A cancelled plan keeps working until the end of the period already paid for.
An alert did not arrive. What now?
Open the message in the dashboard. Every send keeps a receipt per device: delivered, still pending, or failed with the reason Apple gave. That names which device, and usually why.

What Acciti does not promise

There is no uptime commitment and no guarantee that every message arrives: delivery depends on Apple's push service and on the device being reachable. Do not make Acciti the only alert for something where a missed notification is unacceptable. The terms say the rest.

A sound when it matters.

Not when it does not. One request in, one notification on your phone, your watch and your Mac.
