Three plans, and the free one is not a trial.
One person alerting themselves stays free, for as long as that is what they need. The two paid plans each add one thing, and that thing is the whole reason to move. Prices are plus tax where it applies.

Questions
- What counts as a message?
- One send, however many of your devices it reaches. A message that lights up your phone, your watch and your Mac counts once.
- What happens when you reach the allowance?
- Sends are refused with a 429 naming the date the allowance resets. Going over is never billed as overage and no message is silently dropped.
- What happens to a team that downgrades?
- Heartbeats, connectors, rotations and escalation policies are paused, not deleted. They stop firing, they stay visible, and they resume when the plan comes back. Everybody already in the team keeps their access; the next invitation is refused.
- What happens if a payment fails?
- Alerts keep flowing while Stripe retries the card. They stop when Stripe marks the subscription unpaid.
