Idempotency keys for push notificationsMake retries safe

Webhook senders retry. Stripe redelivers an event for up to three days, so one payment can turn into several notifications. Send an Idempotency-Key to stop that.

Use something stable from the event, usually its ID. A repeat returns the original message without sending again, and doesn't count against your allowance.
