Push notification delivery receiptsDelivery receipts
GET/v1/messages/{id}
Returns a receipt per device: delivered, pending, or failed with the reason Apple gave.
200 OK
{ "id": "e4ddc35f-a42b-41b7-ae0e-033794827b4b", "deliveries": [ { "device": "Jacob's iPhone", "status": "delivered" }, { "device": "Studio Mac", "status": "failed", "reason": "BadDeviceToken" } ]}Each receipt records how long delivery took and, separately, how long it spent in retries. A busy queue and an Apple refusal both look slow, and the two numbers tell them apart.
Why did I get this?
Recipients can open Why did I get this? on any alert in the dashboard or the app. It lists every routing decision: the sender, the connector rule it matched, the escalation step and rotation that picked them, how many repeats collapsed into it, and whether it arrived silently and why. Each line was recorded when it happened, so a rotation that has since handed over still names the right person.
